MONTE RIO RIVERFRONT MEADOW

This well-kept secret is a secluded rolling meadow on the banks for the Russian River. The perfect sunny spot for weddings, festivals and outdoor dining opportunities. The Meadow is immediately adjacent to several riverfront accommodations and has been the site for the Russian River Food and Wine Fest 2006 and will be the scenic backdrop for a Sonoma County's Food Guild "Relish" event during Summer 2007. The Meadow opens west toward the Monte Rio Bridge and the tree-covered hills beyond. This location is easily accessible, has parking for over 100 vehicles as well as convenient public restrooms.
